TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGY
Transport technology keeps things moving around the globe. Rail technology, classic vehicle construction and the fast-growing e-mobility sector have the highest demands in terms of ease of assembly, absolute reliability and durability. The railway industry has specific requirements in terms of fire protection and safety. Compliance with the EN 45545 standard is of key importance. With its high-voltage on-board electrical systems, e-mobility places the highest demands on EMC design, not to mention reliability and safety. Together with our partners, we implement innovative solutions for the mobility of today and tomorrow.
CABLE GLANDS COMPLIANT WITH EN 45545
Our cable glands and sealing inserts meet the requirements of the fire protection standard EN 45545. A large selection of multiple inserts offers weight and space savings. In addition to a large number of standard inserts, individual hole patterns can also be produced.
To ShopEMC CABLE GLANDS
The Pflitsch blueglobe TRI cable glands meet the most stringent requirements, including low impedance discharge of high shield currents, extensive 360° cable shield contact, vibration resistance and maximum attenuation values in the upper frequency range. Simple, fast and reliable assembly results in an excellent overall solution.
To ShopCABLE PROTECTION SYSTEMS
Cable protection systems approved in accordance with EN 45545 offer protection for cables and wires at inter-carriage links, couplings and bogies as well as in roof and underfloor applications. PMA corrugated conduits and brackets and Anaconda protection conduits and screw fittings are used on a daily basis in rail vehicles, tunnels and infrastructure facilities, and have proven themselves in harsh environments.
To ShopWIRE TRAYS
X-Tray wire trays made of stainless steel ensure safe and easy installation of cables in rail vehicles. Flat wire trays require little space and allow for very flexible cable routing.
To ShopHEAT SHRINKABLE TUBINGS
Heat shrinkable tubings with different wall thicknesses and an adhesive coating provide long-term protection and insulation in humid and harsh environments. The thin-walled Deray-ZOH125 heat shrinkable tubing has EN 45545-2 HL3 approval and is certified for rail transport.
